Sponge Candy

Alethea’s premium quality, branded Sponge Candy is legendary!   We make it in small batches every week, all year round, so it’s always available, fresh and delicious. Each piece is branded with an Alethea “A”, so you can be sure you’re getting the very best.

During warmer months we double dip our Sponge Candy  to protect the sponge center from humidity. This means it may look a little different,(not branded), but you get more chocolate per bite and the Sponge stays crisp and delicious.
